You write your request. Laenso works out which category it belongs to and sends it to nearby providers who do that kind of work. They reply with a price. You compare the quotes, talk to whoever you want, and decide. There is no obligation to accept any of them.
Is Laenso available in my city?
Laenso works anywhere in India, on Android. Your request reaches the providers and shops whose service area covers you, so where few have joined yet you may get fewer quotes — and every business that joins makes the next request better.
How is Laenso different from a listings site or a fixed-price app?
A listings site gives you numbers to ring; a fixed-price app gives you one price it set. Laenso sends your actual job to providers who choose whether to quote, so you see several real prices for your specific work and can talk to the person before agreeing.
Can local businesses and shops join Laenso?
Yes. Providers and shopkeepers register their trade or their shop — in the app or on this website — pick the services they actually offer, and receive requests from customers nearby in the app. Every application is checked by a person before the first quote.
Does it cost anything to ask?
Posting a request and receiving quotes is free for customers, and there is no obligation to accept a quote. What you pay for the work itself is agreed between you and the provider you choose.
Can I use Laenso in Hindi?
Yes. The whole product works in Hindi and English, and you can type romanised Hindi in Latin script — "nal theek karwana hai" is understood the same as the Devanagari spelling.
