What this covers
Shops on Laenso are real premises with a shopkeeper, not a fulfilment centre. A shop registers what it actually sells, so a request for a specific medicine reaches chemists and a request for a switchboard reaches hardware shops. The reply comes from the shop, including whether they have it in stock right now.

Describe the item the way you would say it at the counter. Laenso routes it to shops of the right kind nearby, and they reply with availability and price. Because the answer comes from a person in the shop, you can ask follow-up questions — which brand, what size, can it be kept aside until evening.
Common questions
Does Laenso deliver from these shops?
Laenso does not run a delivery fleet. Delivery is arranged between you and the shop, and many shops already send a boy round. If the delivery itself is the job, that belongs in the delivery category instead.
Can my shop join Laenso?
Yes. Shopkeepers register the shop, pick the goods they actually sell, and receive requests from customers nearby. Categories that need a licence — a chemist, for example — supply it during registration.
